As this was an event for charity, we tried to get as many of the required things for free as we could, such as the venue and the acts performing.
Overall the only money we spent was £20 on refreshments to sell for donations at the event. This meant that we only used a tiny ammount of money and ended up gaining more money from this to go towards the charity.
The ticket prices were £5.00 for adults, and £2.50 for children and this, combined with the sales of refreshments, meant that the gig would have a good turnout.
