video sources
Why are these videos useful?
These videos are all individually useful with the first one giving a general overview on how to record drums using a free software (garageband) and giving information on how to monitor levels on individual tracks. The other two videos are done in the context of live sound though this is different I think it still gives valuable information like sound differences in techniques and mic placement, the second and third video follows a more gear intensive approach but they are company made so some of the descriptions may have a slight bias to sell more products.
