my main strengths and skills are my capability of being able to learn by ear with songs we had to work on in our live performance. another skill would be being able to communicate with people in my band and address where issues are with the parts we’re learning. I also think I’m good with my confidence on stage, I believe this because I was able to lay on stage in front of over 100 people while mistakes were made I managed to pull it back and fix my errors with my performance.
I think I need to improve on my research and digital skills due to my lack of evaluations and sources of information to do with the project. I also believe that I need to work on my time management around the work and rehearsals and need to work on planning to schedule my digital space work.
