my final idea is to write a 3 to 4 track EP with Kaitlyn witch would be in the genre of funk rock or funk metal cause its a bit heavier. each track would be about 3 to 4 minutes long and there would be an interlude which would be about 2 minutes long. going to advertise the EP through instagram which is what I’ll do and twitter which Kaitlyn is going to handle. Kaitlyn is creating artwork based round the name (the eclipse project). I’m mostly going to be based round the drum kit and recording the kit whilst Kaitlyn is based round the bass and guitar and I might help with vocals if needed I might also come up with some guitar riffs to help with developing. the guitars would probably be down tuned to drop d or drop c. basing the genre like songs from red hot chilli peppers and polyphia but obviously heavier cause its what we both base our work round. going to use either logic pro or abelton so can add effects and mix it after and master as well. we might also try shoot a music video if we have time for our EP. me and Kaitlyn will both communicate through discord and snapchat and in person.
