I think in the performance the tempo for use somebody and get lucky need some work due to the band playing out of time in some parts of the set but for Valerie the tempo was tight which shows that we can keep in time just need to practice with the group.
i also think that we need to work on the breakdowns and pre chorus due to us forgetting where we are in use somebody and get lucky for the pre chorus because we didn’t realise whats going on.
we also need to work on stage presence whilst on stage because our singer didn’t know what to say between songs which threw us off a bit
I also need to work on the dynamics on the drum kit from going loud to quiet for get lucky in the verses and chorus. I could practice this in our next rehearsal session.
Clarke also needs to work on his timing for get lucky because he came in half a bar too early when he’s supposed to play on the off beat whilst Ethan on bass is playing on the beat.
we also need to work on communication as a band during the spaces between songs because we were confused on what to say between songs. this can be improved by scripting whats said before hand.
target 1: tempo/ not playing to fast in the songs
s tempo specific thing i need to work on is the tempo for get lucky because I played it out of time y playing to fast so I need to listen to the song
m the measurable target would be being able to play the songs in time.
a this is achievable because I can keep practicing till I get it in time.
r this can be realistic if I keep practicing the tempo of the songs.
t I predict i can do this in a week on time for our performance.
target 2: dynamics – my specific target to practice dynamics
target 3: communication

this is a photo of our moch preformance which took place on monday the 10th of october which was a run through of our set played to a live aidience of about 20 people to do sound checks and get a feel for the attmesphere of the venue. in the photo I beleive theres a good show of good and bad stage presentce with markus looking straight toward the crowd whilst clarke is hiden away in the back of the photo looking away from the crowd. this could be improved by the band spreading out a bit more on stage.
