cables- trip hazard can cause minor injury. you could prevent this by tying them down with duck tape and making sure not to have cables across walk way and out of the way.
spot lights- could fall if not attached properly to the lighting rig. this could be prevented by attaching chains to the lights so if they fell they would get caught.
pyrotechnics could fail and cause major injuries to the crowd or the performers. this could be prevented by operating with safety gear equipped at all times.
stage could collapse if high wind or environmental issues or if its not set up correctly.
the volume of the performance could be too loud and cause hearing damage to the audience over a period of time.
working at heights could be fatal because you can fall if your not harnessed in correctly to the rig in the wall.
crowd control can be a risk because if the crowd could get out hand and cause damage to the property and people can get hurt.
manual handling could be a risk because the staff could injure themselves whilst carrying equipment on and off the stage due to inexperience.
public disorder could be a major risk due to people becoming violent and aggravated which could lead to injury or destruction of property.
electrical faults could also be a risk due to faulty cables which could lead to the the staff or performers getting injured by electrocution.
