we started recording in the studio yesterday for the and drums for the rhythmical foundation of our single cause if we hadn’t we the tempo would vary throughout the song which we don’t want to happen.

we also started to record guitar for the final track through EQ cause it was easier than having to mic up the amp and we could get the exact effect we wanted within logic like the distortion or any delay we wanted.

we also decided to mic up the amp for one of the guitar tracks to make it sound more raw and real instead of using heavy effects and delay.

on Tuesday I was experimenting with the tracks to see what sounded good on drums with the guitar and bass and working round. I decided that playing on the floor tom to add build up.
we spent two days recording rums so we could get them perfect due to the time schedule we had placed for ourselves it was hard to work around.
recording in the live room gave use the raw feel of the drum kit we wanted with the echo of the room and the ambience from the room felt nice to record in.
