Research=supported by relevant references, videos, and links. You’ve looked at a variety of artists, from Arctic Monkeys to Prince and other musicians, and explored more complex songwriting techniques in a meaningful way.
I made sure I put a lot of work into my research as I know it is an important task. I am happy with the feedback.
Practical skills=Your practical work is a real highlight. Writing and performing your own songs to this level is impressive, and the final performance itself was excellent.
I definitely agree as put a lot into my stage work and trying to put on a good show to appear confident and well put together as a band.
Evaluation and Reflection=You’ve clearly reflected on all aspects of the project and shown honesty in your self-assessment, even being slightly hard on yourself at times. Your use of SMART targets is particularly effective.

Weaknesses
Context=
I would say my biggest weakness through out all of the tasks would be my organisation of my work and making sure my work has an easy to read/follow structure using like titles and spacing with photos/evidence would break my work up nicely.
Research=
my research was pretty good its just structure and organisation that I need to improve on.
Practical skills=it could benefit from being slightly more structured in places. Even though a natural, off-the-cuff feel is important, professional performers often plan this carefully to make it seem effortless. This would be a useful next step to develop.
I feel I would benefit from a little more structure in my practical skills overall. If I had titles for each aspect of practical skills I feel my presentation would be a lot neater and it would also help me not waffle on too much to focus on the quality per section would be better.
Evaluation and Reflection=One area to improve would be the presentation of the evaluation, it is quite text-heavy, and adding more images or visual elements would help break it up and make it more engaging. There are also a few minor writing issues, such as small grammatical errors and inconsistent capitalisation, which you should tidy up moving forward.
I definitely agree as I tend to waffle on and add loads of text so I will work on splitting them up with photos or other evidence of work and also try split my work into sections to keep me focused on each aspect of the work. To be consist and not add loads of writing clumped up.
I also need to have more effective research
SMART Targets.
Specific = I think the biggest thing I need to focus on for a distinction this year is my structure on my work as it is normally lacking in organisation. I plan to add titles and other ways to separate and organise my work so its easier to read for everyone including me.
Measurable = I think this is something I will progress on over time throughout this course. as I have more work to do I will definitely be trying to apply more structure to my written work every chance I get. But I plan to start now.
Attainable = I reckon if I pay attention to applying this whilst doing my work frequently then my structure of work should sort itself out while we progress through the year.
Relevant = I think my goal is very relevant to the course and the work we complete within it. I also think learning this skill will help me in many other things in life to do with music and just to do with normal life.
Time bound = I think it will take me about 6 weeks to be able to apply the new skill properly to my work.
