Presentation Evaluation

I think I did really well with the FMP presentation. I feel I covered nearly everything I needed to and gave a confident informative presentation.

What Went Well?

I faced the audience while I delivered my presentation, I feel this is important because I am presenting to an audience and a camera and if I don’t face away from the board then I just look like I am giving a shy quiet talk about my idea and I did the opposite so I am happy with the turnout. I am proud pf my confidence.

I spoke in depth about the plan for the FMP and also a lot on bringing other industries in for collaboration for album covers, graphics and photographers and how we can use a team for our idea.

I covered and discussed the band mates and how we each are different in our tastes but bring different aspects to the table. I spoke about the bands strengths in diverse genres and amazing ability to click as a band and sound better playing our written stuff compared to how we sound when we play covers.

What Went Wrong?

I did not add a health and safety page like a few of the others presenting, I feel it would of been useful to add some of the risks of fires, water hazards and how high the volume is. If I discussed this I feel the quality of my presentation would be better and show more considerations in the risks.

I also did not include an evaluations slide this is not as much as a big deal but it would of helped to have this down as it identifies exactly what I am doing with this project and shows a more confident plan for the future.

What Can I Do To Improve

I definitely feel I could of spent more time at home on the presentation (I had no internet). If I did work at home on it then I would of included an evaluations and research slide instead of just going over it in my head it would of been better on a slide.

I think I would of done a better job if I would of looked back on my presentation a few times to get a feel on how I am going to it. This would of helped with facing the audience even more and the presentation would feel like it had a little more structure instead of being improvised verbally.
