For this project, I was tasked to write a critical 1500 word analysis essay about a topic of my choosing, the topic I chose was “The Most Influential Games from 2000-2010”, This was because of my passion for the games industry on top of my love for casual gaming in my free time.
I am going to structure my essay in a list form as that will be the easiest way to analyse the games that I choose, I also want the games that I choose to be significant in their own respective ways, whether that be political, financial or technological, this is to add variety to my essay and to keep it interesting to the reader.

As you can see from my plan, my idea was originally to include the past 25 years of games instead of a shorter period, I believed this was too vast to cover in a 1500 word essay and so I chose to do 2000-2010 instead.
