trip hazards – there could be poorly managed wires . Holes in the stage . Loose wires. this could lead to someone falling and hurting themselves. to prevent this you could use zip ties to manage your cables
spill- could be a risk of electrocution if liquids are spilled on wires which could result in harm or death to a person. to prevent this you can make sure drinks and other liquids are sealable and able to be put away and moved without leaking
Poorly put together stage could cause the stage to collapse or to break off and cause harm to a person or built on unstable ground. you can prevent this problem by double checking the stage and the things around it to make sure no incident happens and every body stays safe
Noise management- if you aren’t wearing ear protection then u will damage your hearing.of you listen to loud music for a long period of time it will damage your hearing (if it is above 87 dB) we can prevent this damage by wearing ear protectors and do rehearsals below 87dB
large crowd numbers or overselling your venue can cause pushing and large amounts of people could be crushing or stamping on them causing death or injury. you could prevent this by making a set reasonable ticket sales limit and making sure that the venue has space for the band and the audience
make sure the equipment you use is all working and safe to use like strap locks . amplifiers could be set up wrong with could cause fires or electrocution.
make sure you leave time for breaks for down time hydration and whatever you may need to stay feeling good and to keep performing you can prevent any issues by having water and food on the break and by making sure every one is good to play
first aid is vital at any performance it is best to have people with medical skills near by just in case there is any falls or any problems that may occur if you don’t and there Is an accident then some one may be in need of quick medical attention
Musculoskeletal – Musculoskeletal injuries are very common in the music scene due to improper lifting and lifting heavy objects with no help. It is important to bend and lift with your knees rather than your back, and if something is too heavy for you to lift then ask another person for help.
