I feel we hit the criteria of  Horrible Histories because we put Different facts in, such as in Ration chef and women at work Talking about how the food was Rationed in 1940 and in women at work how the women were made to go to work .Also I feel like on the comedy side of it it was a success Because the kids in Enjoyed Ration chef and the Chaos that came with that section of the show. During in the rehearsals i feel like we manage are time exilwell in the rehearsals process only Problem we had was the timing of the show it was a couple of minutes over so we just need to short the show a bit for the prep process we manage are time by writing the script first then we moved  on to the rehearsals .I feel like we collaborate well with makeup and music we sit down will music and pick some song and sound effects and for makeup we have done some makeup tests for the show so they know what to do 

I feel like i develop my character Specially When we went through rehearsals it’s developed more in women at work my character developed more as i learn my Lines i get in my i get into character more in rationed chef i feel like i develop more as we was in  rehearsal because i get to Practice the Commodore and the comedy it the show in the Hospital scene i fell like my character was ok just need to work on it .In Border control i feel like i develop  was ok just need to work on it . in the Party scene my character was good just need to work on be Louder white out in Hurting me . I feel like i Learned my Lines really good i just Forgot my lines in One of my scenes My mind just went blanks just need to remember them. I think my confidence improve through rehearsals Process As we progressed through my confidence group because I learned the scenes and what I was doing and I could develop my couch as more.I feel like a process Rehearsals wet good because we were really organized and I feel like we was ready we just wasn’t ready for how they would react or if there was like for sure but that’s something we know about now.Also some of the problems that we came across in at What one of the actors became ill so we had to have someone stepping so we have to work around that but we manage.

I Think effectively engage the ChildrenIn some of the scenes such as Russian chef they will really engaged in that scene and they really enjoyed it but some of there was not as much as engagement I feel it was a little dry but we can easily fix that . I feel like a performance was Energetic and some things but then we lost a bit of momentum it’s obviously that’s easily effects we just need to keep our energy up and try to keep the children engaged and just me to be a little bit louder because I was trying to be loud but it was hurt in my throat. I feel like we adapted really well because when we got there we didn’t have a lot of room to change and the hall was very slippy We use the hallway as a changing room of toilets to change if we needed to change anything we use the school Tables and chairs for I set there was not the best but we worked with it. Through the progress of rehearsals and getting ready for a workshops I feel like I my professionalism good even though at times I felt like I was going to lose it such as laughing but I managed to keep it.

I think we took responsibility as a group to make sure we had all of our props and costumes that we needed because we went through the props and costumes before we set off and put them all into bags based on scene so we know which is Which and we help carry them out to the car that there was being taken into Only  thing I think we could have done better was getting everything back together to take them back to the college but we was rushed on time because we have to be out of the school at a certain time. I feel like after the show we did the best we could considering what we had because we had to be out of the school at a certain time We was going to be locked into 3 :30 So we have to be quick about packing up so it was a bit of a rush for us to get out. And We left the school of venue clean and tidy cos  we cleaned up after ourselves especially after the lettuce and the mash scene because we made quite of a mess with that so we cleaned it up a straight after  I feel like we communicate good Together 

I feel like the whole show extremely well for kids enjoyed They really enjoyed fashion chef they were laughing their little heads off at it and they’re found it really funny. I feel like what we could improve on next time when we perform it again it’s working over couple of the seed because some of them was a bit dry and Kids looked confused to me they just work in on explaining them before we actually perform and making them a bit more comedy such as phantoms Audience responded really well to rational fashion for others not as much I feel like they’re enjoyed the first scene a lot smaller than the rest of the show even not in Party did enjoy itI feel like there was a bit confused in the hospital scene and border control I just feel like but we didn’t understand it as much. I feel like the skills I have developed in this project is working on my acting skills with my acting as come a long way and how to leave a group of people such as in the workshop how did to lead and teach them My role  is process was helping making props and choreographing and helping creating for scenes that we have performed in the show the characters I have played is an nurse a housewife and a chef.

I feel like artwork did reflects a horrible history style because we added somewhen we performed it the second time such as big flash cards telling audience what to do such as  laughing clapping shout and we had some funny characters such as falling over making a mess and asking them if they want to try some disgusting stuff.I feel like queen managed I time in rehearsals pretty well considering we had to redo the script and edit a whole lot of it appropriate for school because some of things that was interestingnot appropriate for school also I feel like the managed that overall time really good in for preparation even though we have to get public transport to get to the place where you were performing we set up pretty quickly and got into costumes and started makeup and hair out even though we had a little bit of issue with makeup because we lost one of the costume pieces but we improvise and we found a backup we did respond to some feedback we got some of the feedback we got given was to try and make it more panto it so we added more panto elements I feel like collaboratereally well with other groups that was involved in this project especially for music group who created many different sounds and sound effects to put into thresh or just brought it to like Especially For Fighting the sound effect we add did because for children really love that and they giggled every time we hit it and just brought for 1945 Alive buy houses did our makeup and our hair. 

I feel like I developed my character through sure pretty well from the Housewife to the nurse too for chef for character I played where I was a quiet girl who was going for a job in the wall even not I did find it a bit difficult at first was I was not quite sure what to do but I have developed it pretty well now I feel like I am pretty confident. 

I feel like our Pretty prepared with my alliance because I learned my life two weeks before the first performance there is just one section that I keep messing up because I keep forgetting online in it but I am going to work on remembering it and try not to mess it up next time. Develop my character lot more than when we started because we tried different acting techniques and different with to bring our characters to life and I feel like it really works. 

I feel like we fattest language school audience pretty well because they’re very involved in for sure and there were laughing through the whole thing making jokes and good just basically enjoying it even nobody did have a few of the girls and boys going funny sounds and lots of giggles.I feel like for sure was very energetic and there was a few things that I feel like the children didn’t understand but we’re gonna work on that and try and make it easier from to understand and yes I feel like they’re enjoy the whole process and they’re actually learn something especially in the workshop because they were really good and a new their new a lot about World War Two. How well did you adapt to the space and any unexpected issues? Do you like the adapted pretty well because it was a really small space and we did forget one of our props for lettuce for the chef scene where we make a lettuce spam salad we just improvised and use ripped up tissue and paper and some plastic leaves we found.  I feel like the whole group was professional through the whole show even though we did have a little bit of a giggle before the class came in but before class came into for sure we were professionals 

I feel like we all took responsibility of pretty wealth of the shared space considering it was a really small space and we worked around what we had. 

Feel like we work together really well we managed to pack up pretty well and put all the props away the costumes and put down the tables and hand back for stuff you buried from the school to use in the show such as a hot cup of water and some chairs and tables what were pretty hard to put down but we managed. 

I feel like we left the school building pretty clean and tidy because we tidied up everything including the mash and the lettuce that went everywhere jaw in the showHow well did you communicate as a team during get-out?I feel like we all came together pretty well on the way out we carried over props what we could together took him out to the cat and we packed it all up so we all helped

Hospital Scene this is a video of devising the hospital scene to see what works and what doesn’t work lot of what we care what we’ve did it really work because it was not child friendly we try to make a child friendly but we kept going off on it.

In this project we are Mack a show on ww2 and 1940 to teaching key stage 2 abort it and we will be making workshop for the kind .

so far of planning we have just been looking at the current scenes we have and creating a couple more and rewriting them to make them child appropriate.

Scene Ideas for project 2.odt IN this document is a list of different ideas for the scenes that we are going to create an adapt and different ways we can make a child friendly.

Party Scene V-DAY.docx this is a script of one of the scenes that was a party scene and we have changed it to everyday party as when the World War II ended it is not set in stones it is just a rough draft of it.

Props for ration chef.docx this a Script that we have adapted originally this was Russian fashion but we have changed it to Russian chef because it still incorporates Bits of rational fashion within the Script but it’s a little bit different of children might enjoy it more and it’s more a panto Style and it is a rough draft .

WOMEN AT WORK.docx this scene is about women at work this is to teach the children who the jobs were handed out when the men was at War and the women did not have a choice in what jobs they got-handed .

Hospital Scene this scene about the hospitals in World War 2 we have created it in a panto style to make it more funny for the children to understand when we got in to for schools it basically explains how the hospitals were very unhygienic and many people died because of this.

Intro – no changes

Ration Chef – check narration happens – add baguette, cheer

Border Control – new knickers, more movement, try adding Amber and Polly,

Women in work – Cutting dance scene. Interaction and panto style- Polly to add some interaction with the kids. Transition into the hospital busy activity

Hospital – Large Cards with laugh/stop laughing. Large paper bill/receipt, big newspaper. Nurses to do something funny in the background?

Party/Wedding Scene – fart sounds, dragging through dresses. Intro to Churchill speech. Isabel drinks bad drink, and sound effects ensue. Silly end, fight scene? Ideas on how to make our things better and more panto.

“protecting a person’s health, well being, and human rights, and enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect”

safeguarding guidelines is important to this project because we are working with children and some might have SEND needs even though they might need an aid with them it’s nice to know you can try to help if needed and to protect the children if you see anything not normal you can report it otherwise known as whistle-blowing .

a form of popular, improvised street theatre that originated in Italy in the 16th century and flourished across Europe through the 18th century.

What are some key elements and characters found in Commedia dell’arte?

Some key elements and characters in dell’arte was improvisation and scenarios,Lazzi,masks ,archetypes ,physicality .

Can you describe one of the exercises we performed to explore the pantomime style of performance? Of exercises we explored in pantomime of mining basically we got given a scenario and we have to come up different actions without talking.

How did you feel performing in this way? Was it easy? Difficult? 

I felt like pan toy the way we explored it was very fun and exciting because we got to try different things and it was very exciting and different.

Community Theatre

What is community theatre? What are some of its key aims? 

Multi theatre is a type of it were group of people come together to correct a story or a theatre piece out of their will and sometimes I don’t get paid for it but sometimes I do mostly it’s volunteering.

Who was Augusto Boal? What were some of his key principles? He is Out of high school after his brother sadly passed away and he often he’s co founded a studio in 1931 In 1951 opened up His own acting studio And he died in New York on the 17th of February 1982.

Hello world!

My name is rose or Rosie I have be dance for 8 years since I was 8 years old the style for dance I have done is jazz ,contemporary ,lyrical ,hip hop ,street ,urban ,and cheerleading at Bradford bulls ,Bradford city ,shower football matches .i just found at phoenix dance company last year and I have done workshop at very different companies such as northern school of ballet  .i was at Leeds city college for a years done dance new I have come to Braford college .
