Task 1 – Idea Generating

To generate my idea for my final major project, I used a mind map to help generate my ideas. On this mind map I had pasted the field that I want to work on for my FMP and beside that I applied my interests and the reasons why they interest me. This map will help me when I start combining my ideas for my final major project. For example making a website online promoting Architecture.
Potential Ideas


Marketing – Social media Post on a JEEP Interior Look by making the impossible, possible.
Strengths of this project – Rarely seen in Bradford , Can help with the Jeep marketing, rarely see young females driving around in Jeeps and more big bank or businessmen, Usually see women in Range rovers and G Wagons.
Weaknesses of this Project – Don’t have a driving licence, Might say no.


Marketing – Promoting Horse riding classes
Strengths of this project- They look cute, Not everyone knows where to go when they have a desire to learn how to horse ride.
Weaknesses of this project – The audience could be a problem depending finical issues, environment.


Marketing – Events – Managing (big parties)
Strengths of this project – Nice environment, engage customers to book events, Uses great colours which attract different range of audiences.
Weaknesses of This project – Not everyone can access booking these events due to their finical needs or prefer something small at home or in the garden rather than out in a hall, Where they can chose hours of their own.
MoodBoards

This MoodBoard Is for One of my interests which is Jeep. I am hoping to build my project idea on this Car Brand. I want to do branding for the Jeep company for my dream car. In this mood-board I have collected a few pictures together to embrace a mindset of what Social media post I am hoping to go for. Above I have a collected a range of images of the car itself, the interior of the car so the steering wheel and the chairs itself so the seating area, some posts which have been used to market Jeep, the Jeep off-roading and the logo of ‘Jeep Rubicon Wrangler.’

Evaluation For my Presentation
The task I was given was to present my idea for my final major project, I feel like when I was presenting my idea it was easier and smoother than what I was thinking as standing in front of class, I felt very confident in what words and ideas I am trying to get to the audience. Another reason why I was really happy with my idea is because it is related to the community in many ways. For example: – Helping the community find a car without actually going to showroom, Involving both genders of the community. Hopefully my project will be tackling the stigma of men only driving big cars such as Jeeps.
The negative part of this pitch is regarding the Jeep, in promoting this car I have main default that is be not holding a driving licence so I can give it test drive to get moving shot or take it another location rather than the showroom. With this feedback I agree as there is many opportunities I am let down on as I am not an actual driver yet. To overcome this I will try getting either a staff member from the showroom to either move the car around, taking it forward an back. Another negative feedback I received was what if I get denied from a Jeep company and I don’t receive permission to go around recording what am I going to then? This is when I thought to asked also used car showrooms that might have a Jeep wrangler parked up or turn to looking at other cars shown in masculine light and are a big car.
