- Diegetic music is music played in media where the source can be seen. For example when a car radio is playing in a film scene.
- Non-diegetic music is music played in media where the source cannot be seen and accompanies the scene, often changing the emotion. For example tense music on a results show. - Enharmonic Equivalent means a note which is the same but has two names. For example F♯ and G ♭
