I did go for this job and got it. This has allowed me to gain experience working with clients and building my skills as a social media promoter. However I do not feel that the opportunity was totally worth it as after 3 months the bar closed down and the owner had not been easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Job Summary:
Working on QM Records in Bradford assisting in executing music events and music releases.
Working remotely, providing admin support for MOVES Festival, Bradford to take place in June 2023.
Also working on other music events in Bradford in 2023.
Assisting in music releases (PR, Social Media, Playlisting), Events (Working closely with acts and venues).
Liaising with current brand partners, venue partners, and community partners.
Researching and connecting with future partners.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
Looking for an ambitious individual based in the Bradford area. No experience is needed,
all training will be provided. This person must be a proactive person with good attention to detail.
This candidate must be very good at multitasking and cool under pressure.
They must have good communication skills with both members of the team and external contacts.
Must be extremely organised and not afraid to take initiative.
They must be friendly and approachable and remain calm when faced with competing demands.
They should be able to deal with the ebbs and flows of the work patterns. They must be able to commit to work tasks, take ownership of their own work, but also be able to ask for help when it’s needed, and listen to and take direction. Deer Shed Festival Job Specs:
I have applied for and been interviewed for both the Production Office and Stage runner roles. I am looking forward to this opportunity if I get the job as it will mean that I will be able to build my skillset around a festival set-up and experience a professional environment. If I am not successful, I will still gain a small amount of experience with stage management as the college has been provided with a tent at the festival on Saturday and this will allow me to learn.
