Try to make eye contact with another person.
Try to prepare what you are going to ask to the person your interviewing.
Try to figure out what the person your interviewing feel’s comfortable in talking about.
Try to find a location that won’t be too loud and won’t disrupt the interview.
In the end of the interview ask the person your interviewing if they have got any questions that they might want to ask you.
