Once they come back in the vocalist hits a long guttural.

Peeling flesh has a lot of sound tracks in the background of there songs that fit so perfectly. They keep the energy high at all time with stuff always changing at the high tempo.

HEALTH AND SAFTEY

Health and safety , although it might look dangerous and scary the reality is that its a pretty safe and controlled space if someone doesn’t have good pit etiquette and decides to ruin it for others they will be sorted out. They’re also ambulances and medical staff surrounding the area ready to help anyone who needs it.

AUDIENCE

the audience at this festival for peeling flesh had a lot of energy not as dangerous as a lot of there pits but it has a fun high energy feel to it. People are moshing , 2 stepping and stage diving.

GUITAR TONE AND SETUP

, Peeling Flesh achieves their guitar tone by combining ENGL Powerball distortion with Peavey 5153 amp preamps running through a shared effects loop esulting in a consistent sound with scooped mids and a sharp top-end.They prefer EL34 tubes for their amps and utilize Vader cabs with either Eminence speakers or Celestion V30s, adjusting presence and resonance knobs at each venue. Guitarists also rely on low tunings (currently F tuning) via a pitch pedal, use heavy strings, and employ proper palm muting and a noise gate to maintain tightness and precision

Drums , the most recognisable sound from peeling flesh to me is there snare drum. Joe Pelletier uses a mapex steel 14 inch snare with a tomb head and cranked all the way up so its as tight as possible.

INTRODUCTION Peeling Flesh The genre is slamming brutal death metal They open up there set with a lot of energy shouting out people , bands and the local hardcore scene.
