Crowd control. It is important to sell as many tickets as the venue allows without it being overcrowded . Its also important for the front man to control how much energy is in the pit to make sure people dont get hurt.

If you’re working at heights make sure its safe and stable so no one gets injured falling from something not stable , and to make sure it doesn’t collapse.

Burns. You need to make sure if there’s any fire on stage that it doesn’t set anything on fire or burn people very important if the drummer has pyro near them.

Tripping over a wire. Make sure there’s no random wires on the floor than someone could trip over , you can solve this by putting the cables in a cable snake to prevent this or tape it out of the way.

The security can help manage the crowd and help anyone that needs it. Its important that the security should be able to see as much as they can and be able to be contacted by others in case of an emergency and can get people out the area over the barriers.

Make sure the stage is secure and won’t collapse and won’t break from any weather conditions to prevent any disasters happening no matter the weather.

Make sure there’s no staples on the floor after using them.

Make sure theres a fire exit near by just in case there is a fire on an emergency everyone can get out quickly and safely.

Also make sure there’s places for disabled people so they can see and enjoy the show that’s also easy to access.

Make sure all the amps and speakers are all securely in place and won’t fall.
