Torture is an anti war slam band from Chicago. The themes of the songs are US war crimes , criticism of the war on terror, anti-war , which is why they have album covers like this and a military pattern on there font. I like the simple font of the logo as well as what it stand for.
guttural slugs logo was created by Nikita Kid Korobov also known as kods metal logo. Korobov is a metal logo artist who has created over logos for the band. I like this logo for the brutal death metal type font with it being a bit chaotic but also isn’t impossible to read and it has a nice shape to there logo.
Devourments logo is was designed to reflect their brutal death metal style which often features gory and violent images like most bands in the genre. I like this one because it’s simple for the genre and has a death metal font but less extreme. The blood on the name also adds to the brutal genre.
Sunami band logo I like a lot because, its a hardcore band that was created as a joke and instead of having a logo that looks like it will be heavy it bubble graffiti also showing where a big part of hardcore comes from New York street style.
Slipknot iconic logo was created by the bands original drummer joey jordison who drew the S design on a desk with a pen and ink when the band first started in 1995. I like this because its not a name its a symbol and its also a clean one that looks like it would be used for a metal satanic band which fits them perfectly.
