Timing and tempo through out this song needs improvement the tempo speeds and slows down and I mess up coming back in after choruses. The fills also need improvement and need to be a lot tighter. I will do this by practice my fills beats and coming in with a metronome.
The groove and feel could also be improved just making it tighter and better dynamics on the ghost notes and drags. I also need to stop speeding it up on the chorus.
technique has some issues such as fills, and making sure to keep a steady tempo.
coordination and independence was good still developing independence tho. This song doesn’t have much independence except a 2nd kick in an awkward spot of the beat.
Dynamics needs improvement I need to learn when to play really quite and when to play louder as well as making it sound natural not just going from quite to loud I want it to sound more natural.
Fills and transitions need improvement sometimes my fills speed up sounds awkward. I could also improve the dynamics to them too.
stylistic accuracy I have an idea on the style but I think I could do a better job at achieving it. I did have to change the beat a little bit because of all the awkward snare placements Chad Smith uses.
Stage presence Im mainly just looking at my drums and what im doing unless i look at band members or forward for a moment.

Timing and tempo, I could definitely do with improving the fills in this song as I think that’s the main thing that throws me off. I also messed up some parts like playing my fill a beat late.
Groove and feel could be improved especially on the ride section I think I need to get the timing a lot tighter as well as the dynamic on the double snare hits.
Coordiantion and independence was okay it could’ve been better mainly with the fills and ride section I feel like it’s lacking the most , I think the part that takes the most coordination and independence is the bridge that wasn’t too bad this performance.
Dynamics could be a lot better to give support the sound of the song more making it more engaging and exciting when the song wants it. I could’ve also improved the dynamics of the fills , the bridge and the ride section.
Fills and transitions need a lot of work to them I messed up more than I got right during this performance. I need to get them tighter and make sure I come in at the right parts. Sometimes it doesn’t sound like a clear transition.
Stylistic accuracy I have some understanding of the style of the song. The drums loose some groove to it because I played it in quarter notes instead of triplets. I also needed to be more dynamically accurate to make the song have the energy and feel that it should.
Stage presence I mainly just look focused on what im doing except when Bradley comes over to the drums and face me for the bridge where we match rhythms.

Timing and tempo is wayyyy too fast I slow down during parts and need to keep a constant tempo. I also need to improve coming back in at the right time. Im pretty sure I speed up a bit on the harmony bit too.
Groove and feel is unsteady we were playing the song way too fast so I think made the song sound worst too but also my timing not being consistent and dynamics could be better.
coordination and independence I was struggling to keep the steady tempo for the song playing that fast and also when the snare would be on every beat I would end up slowing down.
Dynamics could have been a lot better especially for all the build up snare part or on the harmony section. I could also add better dynamics to the main beat.
Fills and transitions I don’t play fills in this sound instead it’s just a complete stop then I come back in which the timing on that could be a lot tighter. The harmony sections is kinda similar to a fill and that bit I could improve the sound dynamic and tempo of.
Stylistic accuracy some understanding of the style. I looked how the Beatles played the song and the dynamics he uses I could’ve done a lot better to replicate the sound of the song though.
Stage presence im mainly just focused on drumming and trying to keep up with a high tempo steady tempo , I sometimes look over to Oliver and use the tambourine as a click to give me a better idea and try get my timing better.
