Tripping

tripping is a main hazard because cables are everywhere from instruments such as keyboards, guitars, bass guitars and mainly microphones as singers might have a wired mic and whilst singing they might not see the wire and trip or others on stage have to take caution as a cable might not be seen which might even cause damage to the instrument.

Hearing damage

in most cases, the noise – induced hearing loss resulting from a single exposure to really loud noise or music is temporary, and should go away within a few days. However, if you continue to expose yourself to loud noise or music, it can cause tinnitus that doesn’t go away, or a permanent loss of hearing. The level of volume that damages your hearing is noise above 85dB dB and loud noise above 120dB can cause immediate damage to your ears.

RSI

RSI is a very common problem and a potential risk for all types of musicians as musicians such as drummers should get time to practice and warm up before starting to play.

Lifting heavy items

lifting heavy items at a performance is a hazard as you might lift a speaker or mixer or anything heavy may cause immense pain anywhere in the body causing you to stop playing.

Crushing

crushing is a serious hazard if a venue is too packed with lots of people it can cause things on the floor not to be visible and harm yourself even people dying from not breathing.

Risk of electric shock

when people are on stage they should check the pins and the cable before plugging it in or when your on stage water or any other liquids shouldn’t be on stage because somebody ca spill water accidentally and end up harming you or others.

working at height

when working at height you have to be extra careful and make sure your stable as you can fall off and cause serious injuries to yourself and others even death.
