{"id":139,"date":"2023-02-06T14:32:36","date_gmt":"2023-02-06T14:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalspace.bradfordcollege.ac.uk\/10683756\/?page_id=139"},"modified":"2023-02-07T14:25:15","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T14:25:15","slug":"final-project-idea","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/digitalspace.bradfordcollege.ac.uk\/10683756\/final-project-idea\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Project Idea"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The focus of my project is to create a 4 to 5 song long ep, create the artwork, promote it, and finally distribute it onto major streaming platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The style of music will either be drum and bass, bassline, or most likely a combination of the two. I have a long list of inspirations but some of them are: Hedex, Bou, Zero, Serum, and Gino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collaboration with others isn&#8217;t as important inside of this project as say a performance project, however, I will still be interacting with people in the song creation process as I will most likely create songs with vocals rather than instrumentals. In the distribution and promotion processes of this project there will definitely be communication with others. This means I will have to communicate with people but it isn&#8217;t as important of a skill for this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think the main challenge will be the creative process &#8211; actually thinking of the ideas for songs. It isn&#8217;t as much of a challenge doing sound design and the actual production process compared to thinking of what I want my song to sound like. Another challenge will be the promotion side where I will have to use a variety of methods to promote and spread my music because this project isn&#8217;t just for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as training and development is concerned, I have plenty of experience making this music already, however, listening to these songs and also watching videos of producers working always helps out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There isn&#8217;t really a way to measure the progress of this project, I will be doing some track breakdowns which will just be screen recordings with me giving explanations of processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whole process of this project is to create as many songs as possible and choose the best 4-5 to put out the highest quality songs, so when I have the best few songs I will go through them and fine-tune them to create the best possible product that I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project perfectly sets up my goals in the music industry &#8211; releasing and promoting as an artist and that is why I chose it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Final Project Idea   Albert\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F5WmzntqqW8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The focus of my project is to create a 4 to 5 song long ep, create the artwork, promote it, and finally distribute it onto major streaming platforms.
