The minute we got told two makeup artists was not coming in, I said I would do my makeup whilst Sophie and Lisa the makeup teacher would do the other two to save up time so no one can stress out.

Problem 2 :

2. There was no places to move the tables.

Once we got there, the teachers from the primary school said we could move the tables. So what we did before the show was when we finished the scene with moving the tables to the back, for the next scene.

Problem 3:

3. There was not enough actors for rehearsal.

We were going to do a full dress run but two of them where not here, and they was most of the main actors we needed. So instead we fixed up the scenes we wanted to because we scrapped the dance, instead of doing a full dress run, without people stepping in for them.

Problem 4:

4. We did not have our props done for the show two weeks before the second performance .

Because I finished my coursework we had to paint two forks and fix and pain the syringe so, one of our teachers took me to the art room and I spent most of the afternoon fixing and painting props so it was done and we do not have to stress out. Although, we did have to paint the syringe the next week but it was ok because we got it done in time for the second performance.

Problem 5:

5. The show was not very engaging.

The week before the second show, we all felt that it could be more interactive and fun for the students. So to solve this we took the afternoon to fix all the stuff we do not like in the play. For example, I found women at work very awkward for me so we played around with it and had a final thing set and it was much less awkward the day of the performance.

Problem 6:

6. Signs for our “BOO” and “LAUGH NOW”.

As we just decided to do this, our teacher helped us with making them and so now for each performance it makes it more fun for the children.

Problem 7:

7. Not having our workshop material.

We finished our performance at Westminster primary school, and our teachers told us that our workshop materials was not in the school so we had to improvise on what we need to do for the workshop so instead we played splat.

Problem 8:

8. We did not have the two forks and only one fork.

When going into the Westminster primary school we again thought there was two forks and when we went on stage for ration chef there was only one fork, when it came to the fork fight only one of the “Presenters” had to have the fork.

Problem 9:

9. We got to the school and there was no changing area.

They showed us the room to get changed in but it was full of sport stuff and there was a playground next to it, there was also a bit where the children can see us at the top. So what we did was put barriers across the changing room area and stayed in the same costume the whole show just changed accessories.

Problem 10:

10. One of our peers was injured.

We got to the show and one of the actors did not feel well at all, to the point they had to go home. So instead one of the actors who is not in the scenes as much stepped in for the characters who went home.

Problem 1 : What did you do to solve it?
