The things I need to develop:

  1. Confidence – I need to improve on my confidence around other people when it came to a night out or going out with my friends.
  2. Finacle skills – In this subject I need to improve on how I need to save money to improve for the future.
  3. Being independent – This is the main one I need to improve on the most because it will improve my confidence on going into University.
  4. Managing stress – It is improving at the moment but it needs to improve more so I cant put myself into more stress in every environment I am in.
  5. Physical health – I need to help my self get out more because then this will also get my mental health better for the future.
  6. Resilience – Most of this I learnt in high school so I had more of an advantage on how resilience works.

  1. Building relationships – When my friends introduce me to new people I am a bit quite at first then once I get to know them more I am more confident around them
  2. Collaboration – I am quite good when it comes to collaboration with other people because that is what you have to do and be better with your relationships with people, and have to be professional.
  3. Communication – Sometimes I do struggle with this a lot because I have learning difficulties so when people says something that I do not understand it can affect the way I act for the rest of the day because I did not understand on what that one person just said.
  4. Community and Social action – I am good with helping the community and love helping other people.
  5. Leadership – I am alright with this type of stuff because it depends if it is people I know but if not I will be really scared.
  6. Online relationships – When it comes to group chats if something bad really happens then I leave the group so it does not affect my mental health.

Careers skills – I need to focus more on this side of things for my future because I want to be a dance teacher when I am older so I need to get onto my future career skills more.

Creativity – This is the most one I am mainly focused on at the moment to make my future better.

Critical thinking – Sometimes I need other people to help me in these sort of situations because I do not know what people are saying certian situations.

Customer service – Personally I have never normally done this myself because I have no experience.

Digital skills – My digital skills are ok but its not normally the one I am more focused on in the type of career I am in it needs to be more focused on this side is well if I am going to be doing this in University.

Enterprising – I am not quite sure what this actually means because I do not really do it that much.

Time management – Most of the time I am quite good at this because most of my hobby’s include time management so I know when to go to my lesson and finish my lesson.

Able to make my own mind about things = I sometimes do struggle with things in the sort of situation because I can do it I just struggle to know if it is the right times.

Dealing with problems well = This is one of my strongest points in life because it is helpful for me to know what to do. And how to control my emotions at that point of time in a bad situation.

Energy to spare = This is a hard one for me because I have a lot of stuff going on so most of the time it is awkward for me to fit time in for myself to hang out with my friends.

Feeling cheerful = 90% of the time I obviously have a lot going on so I can be very stressed but if I have a good day it will change my mood around people of how I am feeling that day.

Feeling confident = Feeling confident can be a bit hard depending on the situation because, it can be nervous for me if I have never been in that certain place before, but if I have it feels confident for me to know what is happening around me.

Feeling good about myself = Most of the time I do feel good about because I take care of my self a lot for my health mentally and physically.

Feeling interested in other people = When people ask me if I want to take part of a group activity with people who have different culture background I put my interest into it because if I want to get into the industry it is good to know about people’s background.

Feeling optimistic about the future = I have my future mainly planned out because, I want to become a dance teacher for either students in a primary school or college or possibly have my own studio. So I would have to go to University to get my dance degree and teaching degree.

Feeling relaxed = Again it really depends on what the type of situation I am for example if people are talking all at once over each other loud music everywhere I start to get stressed and cry. However if it is a calm and quiet situation then not everyone is stressing I am fine in that sort of situation.

Feeling useful = I like to volunteer for myself to help people in situations that they do not have many people to help in an organization like a care home so they cant do any type of fun things for people.

I take care of myself = When I have free nights of I like to watch TV for about a hour and then make myself a cup a tea. And watch some more TV until my tea is ready. Then go back to bed until I want to have a shower.

Interested in new things = When it comes to new things I can be a bit scared but if I know people who are coming to that activity or place I will be fine. However I am also interested in type of stuff I can take part in.

Thinking clearly = When it comes to thinking clearly I can make sure I will double check with my friends to know what I am doing is right for me and for other people is well not just me.
