What is a Location Support Manger ?

Here is the locations we want for our film :

  1. Film studio = This is the one we want to use the most for some of our scenes.
  2. B25 = In this studio is going to be use for the ration fashion.

Here is some of our props we was making for our project :

Health and Safety Risk assessment

Location Support update :

  1. TV studio

Why did we use this location?

We used this location because it is the most common one to use for our film and we did not have to move the cameras so much, and it has green screens for the media team to edit.

What scenes did you use this location for?

  1. This location was used for Juan 1, 2 and 3.
  2. Pigeon scenes
  3. Work hard play hard

Risks :

  1. Wires – Crew and Actors could fall over the wire and hurt themselves.
  2. Cameras – Crew and Actors can hit there head on the camera if they did not look were they was going.
  3. Lights – Can fall on the actors head when filming if it falls.
  4. Fire alarms – there’s no exit near to us so we would have to walk out the nearest fire exit.

2. B25 studio

Why did we use this location?

We used this location because it was helpful for the party scene and the fashion scene because it has a runway for the models because of the curtains, so it made the scene look more affective and then the party scene has good use of space and it is helpful for, our dance scene needs a good amount of space so we did to hit anything.

What scenes did you use this location for?

  1. Ration Fashion
  2. Party scene

Risks :

  1. Stage – You can slip if walking over a prop by accident
  2. Lights – When on the stage or backstage everything is dark so again people can fall and also being blinded by the lights.

Car park behind Lister building

Why did we use this location?

We used this location because it was the border control scene and we needed a outdoor area and it will make more sense for that scene to be outside, it was also helpful how the building was so old because then it can make it look more realistic.

What scene did you use this location for?

  1. Border control

Risks :

  1. The car park – Someone could get hurt because there is cars everywhere so it can be very dangerous for the crew.
  2. Weather – If there is rain it can cause risk of our filming time and also cameras.

B25 hallway

Why did we use this location?

We used this location because it was a great area, as it is a rusty wall and it is a good affect on the camera for the scene to make it better for the filming to make it look like it was in a hospital in the 1940s.

What scene did you use this location for?

  1. Hospital scenes

Risks :

  1. Small area – This was a small hallway so someone could of hit there head because there is also props in that scene is well.
