I am going to attempt to take photos like these using objects or people to produce different types of photos. I am thinking of using objects that can move on their own for a short period of time when thrown, pushed, dropped etc. Something good to use would be things like dice, coins, playing cards, dominos and more.
As for using this technique with people involved, actions they could do could be to throw an object up and catch it or walk, run or jump from one area to another. I feel that this would look good in an outdoor setting whereas objects without people would look better in the studio with a plain background.
In both instances, I am going to use a tripod to keep the camera still because I feel that making sure the background doesn’t change when they are doing the action would make editing the pictures together so they are in one frame a bit easier.
Each photo taken will have to have a very quick shutter speed so they aren’t blurred and to freeze the movement of the object or person carrying out the action to achieve photos that show their movements clearly.
