In a group, coloured gels and flashlights from phones were used in a dark room with a slow shutter speed to create different types of images using light trails. This included making patterns and writing words.
I may develop this type of long exposure technique further by trying to recreate the types of photos that Janne Parviainen takes. They create photos with light painting and create figures that look like people.
These figures sometimes look like they are doing normal everyday things that humans do which can link with dreams as it creates a cross between fantasy and reality.
