I went out to take photos in different locations along with some sort of texture to overlay on top of them to show a type of journey, which sort of combines the other two things I have done (the 10 Journey test photos and the textural rubbing).

For this photo I took a picture of a map outside and made sure that there were the words ‘Bradford College’ in the middle. I then went and took a photo of the actual building and made sure to get the logo in the frame as well. I think this fits the concept of journeys quite well because maps can guide people on journeys to places and in this case it was to the college building. The photo of the building had a natural blue hue to it because the sky was reflecting off of the windows (it was not very cloudy when I took it).

I took a photo of a sign that said the footpath was closed and then of a footprint in the mud. I did this to show how the sign could have changed the person who left the footprints’ journey as if the the footpath was open, they would probably have walked on it.

This is is photo of a pole that had a lot of stickers on it overlayed over a red and white wall with chipped paint. I took these photos on the journey because they were quite close to each other with lots of bright colours so they stood out from everything else. I like how abstract this photo is as it has a lot of different vibrant colours.
