Bradford Community Broadcasting (BCB)
Project 2 BCB: We are (according to the leaflet I read for course information) producing two 30-minute shows. We are responsible for preparing, recording, editing, and post-production.
We have been working with BCB Radio since roughly the beginning of November, and since then we have learnt about the intricacies of hosting, developing, and publishing your own radio show. Even for the supposed two 30-minute shows (which by now seems more likely to end up as a one 30-minute show due to timing), this is still a very involved process, and I can’t say I’m in my zone at all with it. This is a jarring experience primarily due to the tech that they use.
