This is the completed song. In the end, we chose not to do vocals due to having limited time and wanting to make existing parts sound as good as possible.
Overall, I am proud of what we’ve made but I don’t particularly like it as I’ve listened to it too many times throughout its creation.
The recordings themselves, in my opinion, were good and resulted in high quality recordings, besides some timing issues. The mix could have been better provided I put more time and research into it, but I’m happy with that too.
I think if I was to do this again, I would start experimentation earlier so that ideas can be developed quicker so we would have more time to record, since we felt rushed in the studio as a result of multiple needing that space at once.
