What are some of the circumstances that occur in this production? Well in one of my scenes, I am playing a Boss/Manager in an office and our circumstances are that have to choose someone for my new assistant that’s what our plot is with slapstick to make it funny. Also in my other role, I am being emo and I have to act dark and quiet and then at the end, there is a surprise.
What are the surroundings? inside a Train station Platform, Office Building, and a Highschool Detention room.
When was this performance set? Modern day 2022
What condition do the characters live in/experience? well the office people are wealthy and we have big houses in New York nice cars BMWs but we have to get the train with ordinary people we don’t really like to we think that we are too good to touch the seats also we are in a bit of a rush to get to the meeting.
What sort of situations do the characters face? when we get to the meeting I get on chair then the table to shake hands with my colleagues and then I stomp my foot on the table to wake one of them up and then I choose my assistant.
What environment do the characters experience? The sitcom section is relatable to me because I am being an emo teenager at a Highschool. Modern pupils in Highschool go through really tough things but we are making it light-hearted and funny. I’m not an emo kind of person but it makes me feel when I playing the emo sad quiet and depressed a lot but doesn’t open up and tell people. But it is all fun.
What atmosphere is created by the writer? surprise, laughter, and shock I think.
