My three main strengths are, Communication, problem solving and confidence. I think that I have good communication because I make sure to talk to everybody about the song were playing or … I also think that I am a good problem solver because I don’t give up and look outside of the box at what the problem/issue could be. and finally I believe that I am confident because I play on stage quite a lot and I think my confidence has definitely grown over the years.
My three main weaknesses are, Using DAWS, Time management and setup skills for recording. I struggle using DAWS quite a lot because I have only started using them in the past few months but I am keen to keep learning. One other weakness is time management, I believe that I am an organised individual but just in the wrong sense, by this I mean I am organised but in the wrong time frame, sometimes I may leave things late but I still get them done on time. Finally I struggle with setup skills for recording because I have only learnt this skill recently but I am keen to keep on learning things such as different ways to set up a mic or a guitar for recording purposes.
