Presentation

Evaluation & Reflection

Overall, I think that I had a solid presentation that I set out in an eye-catching way with enough detail, but not too much so that it’s overwhelming for the audience to read. I also think that I delivered the presentation in a direct straight forward way with as much relevance to the project as possible without going off of topic. When presenting I tried not to read everything off of the board all of the time to make the audience feel like I’m talking to them and not reading out a script. The only downsides/problems that I may face when taking my project to action are, finding a reliable and committed singer and making an original song as well as setting up an acoustic duo to get a paid gig. To me this will be a very challenging and hard project to pull off because I have never done something like this before and especially in a set period of time that I will have to make a detailed plan to work with.

Questions

The main questions I got asked was that if I would find a singer in time for the project and my honest answer to this is that I will have to document the process of searching for one by posting on musicians wanted social media groups and asking around to people that I know will have connections with quite a few people that run open mic nights or are singing tutors so hopefully this will all work out for me, but overall this is a risk I will have to take as good singers are so hard to find.
