So to contact the venue I would like to host my event at, I found their email online and sent them an email. I just said what my plan is and tried to make it sound professional. I also said that I would like to arrange a date and time for me to go down there and speak to them in person to explain everything in broader detail.

“To whom it may concern,
My name is Lukass and I am a music student at Bradford college, I am on my final project now and I am going to host my own live music event. I was wondering if I could do this at your venue because you have a very big space in the back that I could use.
It would be a few bands performing and a few acoustic sets too. We would bring our own equipment. I would also be bringing an ice cream van to appeal to the younger audience and also try sorting out catering as well.
If you were to say yes, or even consider it, I would like to set up a time when I could come and discuss this in person if at all possible.
Kind regards, Lukass.”
