Garage band

I am not very good with these programs and so I decided to get use to it by making my own song on Garage Band, because Band Lab and Garage Band work like their the same this got me better at Band Lab.
Playing my chord progression
These are videos of me playing my chord progression for my song, while they may seem odd by themselves when you put them together they strangely work, with the basic sound of chord I use for the verse mixes well with the very pretty sound from the chords I use for the chorus.
Old Chord Progression

This is the old chord progression I came up with which didn’t fit with the style of the song I was going for, it was way to quick and just didn’t feel right when I was playing.I was playing it too quickly because it didn’t seem very good when it was slowed.
New Chord Progression

This is my new chord progression I came up with, this may seem like an odd choice when putting the verse and chorus together, however when they are played together the chorus gives a sense of beauty after the rough sounding verse.
Song Lyrics
These are my song’s lyrics
Sweet Green
Don’t look like that
You know who I am
To broken to look at me
Like a lost lamb
Red is all you see
It’s someone’s fault and that’s me
You won’t take away
My sweet sweet tea
You can’t change him they say
Leave him,throw him away
I don’t need your sympathy
Don’t need no nicotine
I just need my lovely green
Just need my pretty green
Just need my gritty green
You act like rusty metal
You look at me like the devil
Always easing
Only thing that’s pleasing
My hidden treasure
That brings me pleasure
Helps me feel above
My one and true love
You can’t change him they say
Leave him,throw him away
I don’t need your sympathy
Don’t need no nicotine
I just need my lovely green
Just need my pretty green
Just need my gritty green
Band Lab

This is a very basic beginning to my song on Band Lab, I did the guitar and bass myself and for the drums I used a drum machine that is available on Band Lab. I think I will remove the bass, while this may seem like an odd choice, there is really no need for the bass when my song gets to the chorus.

This is the complete instrumental version of my song,I decided to remove the bass because I didn’t think it added anything to my song then I recorded the Chorus chord progression of my song which really changes the feel of song like I wanted.

This is the complete version of my song, with instruments like an electric guitar and drum machine with vocals along side the instruments.
