For this composition I will be using the software Ableton, I had never used Ableton before so I had to get used to the software by learning how the software
For my song I wanted to create something that sounded almost dizzy and spacey.I’ve always been a fan of delay and reverb on a guitar because I think they are very impactful effects and can completely change the feel and sound of a song.

First I learned how to use samples in my music,With a some of these samples being drum loops and synths.A lot of these samples being instruments like guitar, piano and bass loops. Also there were vocal samples if I chose to have lyrics in my song.

Before I started I decided to get used to samples in case I decided to use them in my project. In the end I decided to a drum loop called coral kit as thought it would match well with the reverb I was planning to use on the guitar.

The main riff of the song simple but very effective with only a three chord structure and simple finger picking being used, the guitar is layered in delay and reverb to create a effective sound, the guitar is also accompanied by the drum loop called coral kit and a simple bass line to fill out the guitar more.

The chorus only includes the guitar and the bass with a different three chord structure that is simple but a lot like the verse works really well with the delay and reverb.

Towards the end of the chorus the second to last note is lower than the other too because it sounded more constructive than playing the same note over and over again.

The last note is the same as the first so the chorus resolves itself and sounds much cleaner and nicer on the track.

At the beginning of the song I decided to add a single ambient note as a kind of introduction to the song,I also added the same note towards the beginning of the second chorus as a kind of build up to the end of the song.
