For project 3 i am doing a scene from the show friends. The episode that we are doing is season 3 episode 2 titled ‘the one where no ones ready’.
Context-In the episode Ross is waiting for everybody to get ready to go out to his award thing, but things don’t go to plan joey and chandler are fighting over a chair, Rachel cant decide what to wear, Monica is distracted by a voice mail from her ex boyfriend Richard and phoebes dress gets ruined.
My character is Monica Gellar – Monica is Ross’ younger sister and Rachels best friend. She lives in the purple apartment that everybody hangs out at. She has a job as a chef and is a clean and organized person. In this season (season 3) she has has a previous relationship with Richard who is an eye doctor.

Friends- Friends is a popular 90s sitcom show about six friends, Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, Chandler, Monica and Joey. Its centered in New York and its about how they go through life and its obstacles. Its also about friendship and not being afraid to take risks. Friends uses humor through sarcasm and puns and universal humor that everyone relates too. Although the show is very successful it has also dealt which controversies and social issues surrounding fat shaming, sexism and lack of diversity. It also dealt with a political issues when in one episode chandler and monica are detained at the airport for making jokes about a bomb, which is controversial as the 9/11 attack occurred slightly after the episode was filmed. which has been changed.
Friends is a contrast to the other show inside no. 9 as it is a British dark comedy series. Each episode is different to the one before where as friends has the same storyline that will last a couple of episodes or throughout the seasons. Also friends is played by the same six actors where as in inside number 9 there are the same actors but they play different episode.
