Details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to form a band. Our genre is going to be mainly rock, most of the songs written around 2000&#8217;s. I will contribute by playing the guitar and bass for some of the songs. I am planning to play a live gig in front of the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aim(s) (what) and Objectives (How)                                                                                                 I want to improve my guitar technique and overall musicianship. A key goal is to feel confident performing live without making mistakes during the show.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target Audience                                                                                                                             The target audience is mainly people aged 18 to 35 who like rock and grunge music. But older fans from the &#8217;80s and &#8217;90s might also enjoy it, especially with a band like Green Day that can bring some nostalgia. Some of them might even get into the mosh pit!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research \u2013 What am I going to research and how? Books, journals, online, documentaries\/video, etc.                                                                                                           I\u2019ll be learning the guitar tabs for the songs we\u2019re performing, especially Green Day ones, to make sure I\u2019m playing them correctly. I\u2019ll also be watching live videos of Arctic Monkeys and Green Day to see how they perform and interact on stage, so I can learn from them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning \u2013 include a schedule, e.g. rehearsal planning, meetings, resources    I\u2019ll be playing both guitar and bass depending on what the band needs. Kieran is also on guitar, Lewis is on drums, and Sukhbir is on bass. We\u2019ve started rehearsing weekly and we\u2019re organizing what songs each person is playing on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical Skills \u2013 what practical skills will you need?                                                         I need to use different guitar techniques like strumming, alternate picking, and hybrid picking\u2014especially for my solo. I also need to work on my scales, like G major and the blues scale, to help with improvisation and soloing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation \u2013 how will you present your final product\/project? How will you document your work?                                                                                                                  Our final gig will be recorded on video. I\u2019ll reflect on the performance by watching it back and writing an evaluation. I\u2019m also taking notes during rehearsals and tracking my progress so I can include that in my evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation and Reflection \u2013 how and when will you do this? What models will you use?                                                                                                                                          After the performance, I\u2019ll watch the video and think about what went well and what didn\u2019t.
