What went wrong: At the beginning of use somebody, the drummer was too late entering the chorus which made the song not sound as tight and out of time, also I felt like I was too under practiced in this song and couldn’t remember the chorus changes & dynamics properly so I need to work on that too. For the intro on get lucky i played too quick after the beat and there was no dynamics through out the whole song which made that performance pretty bland. I could also add that the singer looked somewhat nervous which could be looked at.
What went well: I think that the overall we put on a good performance that was exciting and that didnt have any ovbious mistakes. The sound was decent and we had a strong structure and most importantly we finished all the songs from start to end. We also had a decent stage presentation . However I think that that we all got setup pretty quick with minimal messing about. Our last song as a whole was definitely our best and performance we should look into as why it went so well.
What could we could do better: I think we need to reherse as a band more as i personally think that we all dont really know the songs off by heart 100%. But i also need to practice the songs a bit more becuase i just dont feel quite 100% confident with all the songs yet aswell. We could also use practicing the dynamics, breakdowns, beginnings and ends so where more confident and not stressing as much.
