Presentation evaluation:
What went well: I think that the slideshow presentation was well set out, easy to read, and somewhat clear on what i was doing for my final project. For my presentation performance i kept a reasonable speaking volume and was reasonably clear on my word pronunciation and was facing the audience constantly so they could clearly hear me and give me feed back.
What to improve on for next time: Writing less on my presentation and writing it more descriptive and short would be better as it was hard to catch up on what i was on about and was ultimately harder to write in general. Also rehearsing my slide show would be a benefit so i’m not as clumped up with my words and stuttering so its easier to hear and keep on track with what i’m explaining.
What to do better next time: Rehearse the slide show so i remember what i’m talking about more and not as caught up with my words and more fluent with my speech. Also i will write less on my slideshow and be more descriptive instead so theres less to read and makes it easier for the people giving me feedback.
Presentation feedback:
Eric- Are you going to transpose the songs to fit your vocal range? Now i’m working with another singer it maybe a situation of i sing the low parts and they sing the higher parts. But i’ve chosen songs that are in my range anyway.
Eric- Are you working with a band? Was originally just me on this project but i’ve now got someone to work with me on the vocals. As i can use that advantage as a backup plan.
Eric- Are going to create your own backing tracks? No, just to save time and i also just don’t have the skill of doing that yet. All songs i’ve chosen i will make sure has a backing track for it.
Summary of feedback: I feel i don’t have have much to change for my project and that i am prepared for this final project.
