The proses as a whole was extremely stressful which showed in the rehearsals as we often argued which caused us to work less effectively as a team however I believe that in the end we managed to work well and formed a team and a company
Next time I would like to try and contribute more and put more of my ideas across also to try and find a way to handle the stress to allow us to work together more effectively. This may be easier to achieve in my next year as we would be taking more leadership roles.
Although I enjoyed the project and was happy with the results I would like to find a better way to organize the work as that was one of the most stressful things for me and this a problem only I can solve. However if given the opportunity I would still take on the same amount of responsibility that I had in this project and more.
