All these images I took in Italy and I picked some of the best ones for potential album covers.
This image I took of a small alley way in the town Fano in Italy. I really like it for the contrast of dark on light, and with the bike I think it really embodies the atmosphere of Italy.
I really like this image because it gives of a calm feel. I also really liked seeing yellow houses when I was in Italy and the contrast of the blue sky to the yellow house, it would make a really cool album cover.
I like this image for its symmetry, and the light coming from the windows. I really like the aesthetic of this photo and even if I don’t use this as an album cover it is still one of my favourites.
This photo was taken as we walked into the city Urbino in Italy. I love this photo because it really shows the architecture in Italy and when I saw it in person I was awestruck by the beauty. I would really like to use this one as an album cover.
Similar to the first image I like this one because it shows the atmosphere of Italy. Also with the contrasts of dark and light, I think it could work well as an album cover.
I like this image because of the leaves and the bike, I think its really pretty and again, embodies what Italy was like. I probably wont use this one for an album cover but I still love this image.
Here is the edited version of the 4th image:
I like this version for an album cover but I find the colour of the font a bit bland, I don’t like the white. I made the edges darker to enhance the view and I quite like that.
Here is that same thing but with the words on the side and I definitely prefer it that way.
This one is definitely my favourite of the three, I really like how the title looks with it enhancing the bricks just where the words are. I might use this as the actual album cover.
I have decided to use this as my album cover. I added a few textures to it, a film overlay and a noise overlay which i think works well with the photo. I also added my name to the bottom right corner and changed the name to the songs real name, Cherry’s Star.
