To create my logo I used an app called pix art because I thought it was easy to work and use. I made four layers in order to structure my image correctly and give it colour and depth. I initially wanted to find a subtle image that embraced street culture but wasn’t too vibrant as I wanted the background to make the image pop. The figure at the centre of my image came with a background which I had to remove using background eraser as I didn’t want the background it came with. I wanted to highlight my central figure using a simple circle that would just balance out the image. So I found a circle on google and overlaid it around my logo in order to give the figure more presence. For the background I wanted it to be something that screamed “different” and “bold” everything that rap was about. So I searched for colourful smoke and found the perfect image to place in.
