Audition log week one:
Monday, we got told to pick a monologue rather to play a woman or a man, and the audition was on Wednesday we were auditioning it we had a time slot, level 3 went first then the level 2.
Today 19th oct Reflection:
Today I was preparing, my audition and at the start I felt confident about it then I felt, nervous about doing it but in the audition, I had to say my full name and what level i was, and the character I want to play I pick child scrooge because I can act and talk like a child, I was having confident, but at end when I had ago I still manage to get 4-7 line without the script and the following 3 line were off the script. The character I wanted to go that monologue one was, because I felt like I needed to spill and push all my negative vibes out of me, because why not. But I did shout at the mirror and the table which I was pretty proud off.

today i got given back my feedback and i readed it through section by section then, i agreed to my feedback because i do agree with the following that what was, missing in my scrapbook, i also looked through my target and i set then and when i want to achieve them by end of this year
research on christmas carol
The author Charles Dickson, he wrote the christmas carol, he also wrote another book that was called,
The Christmas carol was written, in 19th December 1843
the Christmas carol isn’t a true story its just showing how people can react in real life,
My lines for the role of tiny Tim:
these are my main lines in the performance for tiny Tim, i have being learning these line every time making sure i know what i am saying and trying to do it with or without a script, but i am getting there, i also decided to write them down and and practice then but it too easy with a script so i started to line them without the paper IN front of me and i am getting there. when i do it on the day i want to make sure that i am using my facial expression and who i would actually use them for tiny tim, and when. how i felt at the start of learning the line was okay but now am on it i can read the line without the script and am so exiticed on the day am feeling unstressed right now that i finally have, managed to line my lines from first day till Thursday morning.
03.11.22 releflection from home and my target i need to improve by end of year:
i also want to achieve my target during this performance, that i set from project 1 by the end of this year, i want to make sure i have included, everything and i have decided to work everyday on my scrapbook so i can be able to achieve my target i set from yesterday lessons to end of year to be able to move on to project 3 understand, how i made it better then project 1, but i hopefully i will achieve them, because that’s my main target i need to work on to improve so i full am aware, in the future or for further education, i will be using them, however i need to improve on my facial expression this year because i know i do have them like i think i need to uses them more, and also when i am in character i want to be able to full understand where this is coming from and how i can gwet into character quickly and show it, not like leave it because that isnt gonna get me anywhere in life, if i just dont use them, so that is my other target by end of this year so i full am aware on how i would do it,
research : i need to included more effort and put loads of information in my research making sure i fully understand, and know the expectations on my research by following the following, key information and asking myself question and thoughts and my feeling on this, because at the moment from project 1 and 2 doesn’t show so i thought i start working on that to, improve it because i need to. i think it better to do this when i am doing my reflection because that when i am ment to do it.

The monologue that i did before half term i felt okay with in doing it but when i was recorded i got a bit nervous but i still carried it out and had ago, but i still didn’t give up i still did it, at least i tried it. but after the monologue i felt free from it like it over now and am really proud of getting the fear away from my thoughts,
research on Victorians London (4.11,22)
They all wore black clothing so it wouldn’t show if there clothing was dirty or mucky, during there jobs, they was also forced to go mining, and none stop, they also was taking photos of the body of people family’s. they treated the poor Victorians to go work at factory’s and workhouse mining and that all i think.
Another fact about the Victorians London’s, is that they had to work all day, they also got paid 75-25p per a week, this also had a impact on birth and spreading political, even there social changed for the Victorians.
This also changed many of those Victorians life style, by being able to access, education, public health, this also showed on how the Victorians, had a different life style, from the 2o of June 1837, to 22 January 1901.

14.11.22 reflection
Today we got into little groups, and we came up different, from the script, for example sound, costume, props. but we came up with multiple ideas
we also talked about people costumes, and people could be props, instead of bring in props

15.11.22 TODAY:
today we did an opening on the Jacob Marley the ghosts, we did a dance opening , and we also had 3 circles, then we did different, movements and it also shows our action.
in the morning we, played a team game which involved, some sort of there we was building our team working by playing a mix of games, we played this game where we was a had to make a chain then escape without breaking it, we also played another game it was basically, tig but different to normally how you would play tig, like if you were holding hands for 5 second you couldn’t get tag, but if you didn’t you would have,
research on my character in Christmas carol:
Tiny Tim is the poor little boy in this story, he basically has a medical condition, but he is really poorly, however he bob and Mrs. Cratchit child,

today we started to set out the first scene, we used a half triangles ovals, plus an, long piece of plack, we also added other thing on set, then we had 2 student painting the bed thing to make it Victorian, we also got into a small group and discussed and did a lay out of the scenes, and we used b for back f for front and r and l for left and right,
this tells us how and what is gonna happen at the first part of the scene and where the character are coming from and when
for example this diagram shows us scrooges house and how it would be set on stage and when and how it would be set,

i want to reflect on this to show how hard we all as a team work to produce all this, and how far we came to work as a team to set it and tidy it up, am also proud of myself for helping and getting engaged in the space today

today we were in discussing what props and set, and what we need, for example we put in Christmas tree we need for our play, we also got 2 people from our group who, are painting several things like scrooges’ bed, a fireplace and i think that’s all, for props we are having Lanters which i volunteered, to get some, we also have some canes in there to for like when its the Cratchit party. we also have plastic glasses and old ring and jewellery, candle sticks, candle holders, coins, books, paperwork, there all the props we need for the scene

today lesson we, went through the performance, and finished off the end of the script, like we had the Cratchits party going on and i was sat next to the fire place, and eating my apple i also was using my imagination, to act like a child, and pretend to draw and make stuff out off the floor, after that tiny Tim was lift in the air ofc, i felt scared about it, but then i put my trust in the two people who was lifting me up, but apart from all that i think i did i great job with everything, i did today am proud off myself. today i also even helped make these little christmas gift for the shop in the christmas caroled,

on Tuesday i got my makeup done and we did a full run through with our makeup and costume, after i was done with my make up i got changed into my costume, and was in couple of those scenes i didn’t manage to do it all. i felt a bit upset after i did the performance,

we got in costume and did the show Infront of an audience, we did the whole performance and we also, had some feedback and made sure we also had everything we needed for the performance, i felt really proud of this when i did it Infront of audiences, like i wasn’t even feeling nervous, or stage frighting i felt excited and happy about performing it.

This image shows the coachmen train, so in there is the four black umbrellas for the wheels and also in the is the driver and scrooge and the girl who get in the taxi, this is how thew Victorians times taxis look, but we also, I don’t think, were using it anymore but we did on Wednesday some transitions, on stage with it. i think the transitions was pretty good like i like the 1234, forward and 1234, backwards like i think it was amazing, but we didn’t want it anymore, so we did, it another way without the car, but we still have the only the 2 umbrellas, but we need four in total. we also did the set on last Friday make sure everything was where it needed to be,
Cratchits house
On Tuesday we, set up the Cratchit’s and the rest of set up, however we did use this on Tuesday to do a full run through make sure if we need this sertant equipment or not, we also filmed it like twice, and made sure we were happy with the following things on set, I think it was pretty alright to be honest, like I enjoyed helping and getting involved. i also felt amazed with getting involved and helping other on that day,
05.12.22 reflection
Today we went again and again through the performance top to bottom and we also, wrapped up our scene with the ghost, Jacob Marley. today i also practicing singing we wish you merry christmas but we had a plan to change by me singing and the rest joining in, as well we also, had the lights on when i was in a freeze frame, but we had to tune the light make sure you could see me, we also need to do the opening scene a bit of improvements on at the end because we go into little convsation and that not the aim, we had to make some improvements on that, because we don’t need have like actually convsation we are suppose to pretend to talk.

Today we are getting our makeup and ofc i got my look for tiny tim,
This photo show the start off the makeup was with the bags under my eyes and the blue tinted under my bags too to make it brighter, and i also had this white power thing all over my face to make me look so pale because ofc i am playing a ill child also they had to test it out under the light to make sure i wasn’t too ghostly
My hair was tokens inside of my jumper/coat and i had like 4 to 5 pin bobs in my hair, i also had to make sure my hair was like messes two so they used a brush to make sure my hair was messy and looked deadly, for me to play a ill child but.
Today we also did the full run through with our 3 or 4 time with an audience and i felt okay about it i wasn’t stressing out or not getting involved i justed did it, i also wished everyone good luck to help them out to stop stressing or feel worried about it, but yes am so exited for Thursday.
RELFECTION
Am also really proud of myself today like i have never felt that proud of me but now i think i am but Thursday am gonna be much proud of myself playing tiny Tim and i cant wait for that day

today we got our make up and got into our costumes and we did a practice performance then we did one at 2pm with an audience and we did pretty well on this performance,
this was our class photo we posed as our character on stage before we do the 6pm performance.
Today at 6pm performances we did it our final, and i think i did good on stage like, like i felt nervous at backstage but when i got out on stage i felt amazed of myself when i did it in front of the audience and my family like i enjoyed it. i always enjoyed this show like i think i did a lot better on the 6pm one then the 2pm, am so proud of myself from the start till end, i did forget to limp at the end of tiny tims exits, i think if i was gonna do it one more time i would probably, improve on that but today was s0 amazing proud of myself and all my cast.
we also was recorded saying bah humbug one of our scrooge lines in this video, and am so excited for project 3 like these 4 months have being fun acting and working as a whole cast on this performance am proud of everyone including myself, and our tutors for helping us from the start till where we are i wanna say a massive thanks to them to as well as everyone else.
