YouTube monetization/YPP-what is it?
The YouTube partner program allows content creators to be able to access better and bigger options when it comes to expanding their content for example: they can add monetization to their channels allowing them to share the revenue from the advertisements.
Earning money can be difficult at first depending on where you start as the requirements for applying for monetization go as needing to have 1,000 subscribers, have around 4,000 watch hours in the past 12 months and get an Ad sense account.
Rubhen925 is know for his straight to the point videos on games which help people for if they are stuck themselves with a certain part.
In the video above Rubhen is playing Five Nights At Freddy’s Security Breach made by Scott Cawthon and Steel Wool Studios. During this video he is showing us how the main character of the game looks like in some cutscene’s using a third person camera mod which he has implemented into the game. As of release the video has gained around 59,000 likes and 7.7 million views.
monetization- what is it?
When content creators have met the require criteria for joining the YPP (YouTube Partner Program) they will be able to turn features on such as: Live streaming which can help content creators in a way for which they then can earn money from stuff such as super chats and donations, monetization and merchandise they sell to their subscribers. Monetization is a big thing on YouTube ranging from the many categories it sits in.
Advertising.
Advertising is the easiest way for content creators to start earning but for that to happen they need to be eligible for the YPP.
Ad revenue is generated when people play Ads that are showing on videos. This revenue is then shared between YouTube themselves and the creator of the video. On the other hand, YouTube do provide different ways for people to earn monetization
