In this project there are 3 main parts:
Song Writing – Looking at what goes into writing a song. This includes writing the melody and notes for the instruments and slot lyric writing later into the project. In this topic we use things like DR SMITH to help us remember certain key elements that go into songwriting.
Production of electric music on Ableton Live – Producing songs (instrumentals) in Ableton Live. We can use the help we got from the songwriting topic to help is create melodies and counter melodies in the instrumentals that we produce.
Production of video game music on logic – Writing 8-bit music to a video game clip that fits. We create our own drums from synthesisers rather than using sampled ones We can also use what we’ve learned to create melody ideas for the clip.

I have looked through the feedback from project 1 and I have come up with the following targets:
I need to give more examples of progression within the projects wether it be screenshots or videos etc. This will show my progress within the project and shows that I’m doing the work that has been set.
I need to go into much more detail for my research and evaluations of my work. This also requires me to manage my time for practical and theory work o that I have enough time to do both to a good standard
I need to document my work a lot more rather than just focusing on the practical aspect of the projects.
