This research will guide me and assist in my decision making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leoni and I talked about potentially collaborating on a single\/EP as we both know that creating music to release is definitely a potential route for us. One way for us to approach this is to play to our strengths, which could manifest in a song driven by keys\/synths and bass. Leoni is most interested in pop music whereas I&#8217;m more interested in genres that are a bit left of centre, this could either mean we have no chemistry or we come up with something really interesting. One genre I suggested we can look at is &#8220;citypop&#8221;, a somewhat niche genre which originated in Japan in the late &#8217;70s and the &#8217;80s, taking influence from a variety of sources such as jazz, funk, latin, and much more.
