Every role in the live performance industry plays a huge part in making the whole thing come together; for a truly successful performance to come around, it takes all involved to bring their A game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Talent – Of course, live performances need performers. This includes everyone from the A-list stars to someone in the background for their first performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Venue – This encompasses everybody at the venue, behind the scenes staff and management. They all need to help out everybody in the venue on the night and set things up prior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Promoter – Publicises events to draw in the audiences, they are either with the artists or in-house with the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tour Manager – Takes on most responsibilities for the artists with regards to the tour itself, often liaising with many other people involved in the production of live events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Booking Agent – Essential in getting the ball rolling with live events. If working with the talent, they will look to book suitable venues, but if they work for a venue, they will look to book relevant artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
