If I study music theory it would not only help my understanding of music and the instruments I play but also help me work with others.  Another thing I need to work on is my collaboration skills which is extremely important as a musician. I find it hard to collaborate with others unless I am the leader I want the work to be its best and most of the time others don&#8217;t like taking risks or trying something new because they are sacred of failing this makes it very difficult for me to collaborate with others as I want to push myself and do not care if I manage to succeed just by a bit. To improve this I need to understand that not everyone wants to takes risks or really have the confidence in themselves to try something new even though I know this my stubbornness takes over and I push boundaries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px\">Another skill I need to improve on is my mixing as I am absolutely horrible at it and if I want my songs to sound good I need to learn how to mix I can do this by watching youtube videos which there are thousands of for almost anything I want to learn about mixing. This can change my skills as a producer drastically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px\">One last skill I ned to improve on are my collaboration skills as I find it really difficult to collaborate with other unless I am the leader and I the one that is in control.
