Working as a team is a good way to become more social and comfortable speaking to others so that can build confidence and i think thats one of my strengths. I think i have pretty good leadership skills as i listen to everyones opinion on the work we are doing and i am very open to trying different things and helping others if needed. I have learnt a new skill and that is playing to a metronome and i will highly recommend using a metronome to others as everything will sound much tighter and neat. i struggled playing along with a metronome so what i did was change the sound instead of ticking i changed it to bass kick and snare and that helped me follow the metronome it helped a lot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a my mind map as you can see i have connected a bunch of skills i think are my strengths so playing drums and performing is something i am confident in.
